Parish School Enrolments for Sept. 2011

Lusk National School enrolment packs for Sept 2011, are available to collect from the school office until Fri 16th Feb 2011. These packs may be collected and returned between 9.30 am and 3 pm during school days.  All enquiries should be made to the school office at 8437738.

Applications forms to enrol pupils in Corduff National School for Sept 2011 are now available for collection from the school. A limited number of places are available. Completed applications must be received by Fri 4th Feb at 12.30pm  

Night classes
Enrolment in the Spring evening classes in Skerries Community College will be on the 17th Jan and 19th Jan from 7-9pm. See www.codubvec.ie and follow link in Nightclasses or visit the school website www.skerriescommunitycollege.ie.

Lusk Athletic Club
Many thanks to all who turned out on the 2nd of Jan to take part in this year's Goal run, in Lusk. This charity event raised much needed funds for Goal.  The Little Athletics training resumes on the Tuesday 18th at 7pm.

Developing Parish Seminar 2011
A seminar is to be held in All Hallows College on 28th Feb-1st Mar. Entitled Honesty, Healing & Hope, and led by Baroness Nuala O’Loan, the seminar will examine aspirations and expectations for parish development and renewal, including a public lecture, also to be given by Baroness O’Loan. Movies that Matter: The Inner Journey

Venue:  Manresa, Jesuit Centre of Spirituality, Dollymount, Dublin 3.
Date:  Begins Wednesday, 19 January and continues fortnightly until 30 March i.e. 6 Wed evenings.
Time: 7.30pm to 10.00pm.
Aim of series:  To make us more aware of the richness of our inner wisdom.  It is a wisdom we learn from the experience of our journey as we search for our dream in life.
Films to be shown in full are:  City Slickers; Shirley Valentine; Cinema Paradiso; Dead Poets Society; All or Nothing; and Awakenings.
Cost:  Contribution at your discretion.

Workshop: Overview Of Loss and  Bereavement
