Counselling Course for Teenagers
We have developed a new course based on feedback from parents who have attended our teen parenting course. This new course is for the teenagers themselves to attend. It teaches techniques (through instruction, guided discussions and exercises) to help teenagers to
improve their self esteem, confidence and assertiveness. The teenager will gain a valuable insight into self-appreciation, self talk and self belief which will help them deal with the many issues teens face in society today.

The course will run with very small numbers in The Clarion Hotel, Liffey Valley, on May 29th.

It's a full day course in a relaxed and informal setup. More information on the course is available on our website www.HelpMe2Parent.ie or 086 6890582
