Lusk Parish Pastoral Council is pleased to announce that Bishop Raymond Field will install Fr. Paul Hampson as Parish Priest of Lusk at 7.30pm mass on Saturday, 11th Dec. There will be refreshments in Lusk National School after the mass.

Lusk Christmas Fair
Reminder that the Lusk Community Unit, Rathmore Rd, are having a Christmas Fair this Sunday (28th) from 2.00-4.30.  All welcome.

Lusk Scouts are looking for Beaver, Cub and Scout uniforms which are no longer being used.  We're looking for current uniforms and neckerchiefs so if you want to recycle your old uniforms drop them to the Den any evening Mon – Fri. We'd also like to take this opportunity t o thank all who attended Bingo last week, we hope to run another Bingo night in January and look forward to seeing you all then.

Lusk Active Retirement Association will hold their AGM in the Scouts Den on Wed. 1st Dec at 10.30am.
Monthly meetings take place on the first Wed of each month in the Scouts Den.

Pope John Paul II Awards
Catholic Youth Care, in association with the Dublin Archdiocesan office of Evangelisation is delighted to announce a new pastoral programme for young people in the diocese as part of the Year of Evangelisation. The Pope John Paul II Awards will be run by CYC in Dublin. CYC will be supporting parishes, schools and young people in this new Award. This is an exciting new project that has the ability to show young people how to actively live out their faith. Lusk ICA The December meeting of Lusk ICA will take place in the Scouts Den on Wed 1st Dec. at 8.30pm.

Lusk Athletic Club
Good luck to our U14 boys Cross-country team of Darren Ryan, Tadhg Scott, James Ryan, Seamus Cummins and Brian Flynn, who represent Lusk at the National Championships in Derry this Sun 28th.
Our Juvenile and adult athletes also have the running track in Morton Stadium available to them each Sat 11am to 2pm. Lusk athletes and coaches have been taking advantage of this world-class facility in preparation for the upcoming competitions. We will be holding the Goal run on the 26th December at 12:30. This course will be a lap of the ring-road. With a month to go, now is the time to get in the practice. This could be the start of your new year's resolution!
