Welcome
As Fr.Joe Mullan settles into his new ministry in the parish of Rathgar, Lusk Parish Pastoral Council, on behalf of the people of the parish, wishes a Cead Mile Failte to our new Parish Priest, Fr Paul Hampson, who joins our community from a position in the education field in Tallaght. We look forward to assisting Fr.Paul and Canon Fitzgibbon on their shared mission.

Lusk ICA:
The November meeting of Lusk I.C.A. will take place on Wednesday 3rd in the Scout Den at 8.30.
As always new members are very welcome.

Dublin County Choir Concert:
The Dublin County Choir is holding a concert of much loved music including John Rutter: Requiem. Also works by Andrew Lloyd Webber, Franz Lehar, Giuseppi Verdi, Leonard Cohen etc.
The concert is in support of St. Vincent de Paul.
Venue: St. John the Evangelist Church, Ballinteer.
Date: 6th November 2010 at 8.00 pm. Tickets: €15 – available from Parish Office (4994203), choir members or at the Church on the night.

Lusk Athletic Club:

On Sunday the 31st, a total of 25 athletes aged 8 to 15, will represent Lusk at the Dublin Championships. If successful the athletes will qualify to travel to the All-Ireland competition in Derry in late November.

This year the event takes place in Santry Demense adjacent to Morton Stadium. The first race is at 11:30am and all support would be greatly appreciated.

Registration for the Uneven ages (Under 11 to Under 17) cross country is now open and anyone wishing to take part should give their name at training.

Congratulations to Darren Ryan and Shane McNally on coming 4th and 2nd respectively in the Dublin Cross country leagues and well done to all others who took part and represented their club.
