Lusk Tidy Towns
SPRING is here and Lusk Tidy Towns Association have been out and about over the past few weeks cleaning up the village. A little effort can make a lot of difference to the appearance of the area. Please help by picking up litter, sweeping and painting etc and generally helping to "KEEP LUSK TIDY"
Lusk has been entered into the National Tidy Towns competition 2010 and everybody's help in keeping Lusk tidy is important. For the past 26 years Lusk has performed well in this competition and everybody's continued support is appreciated.
While everybody in Lusk can help in keeping the Village tidy, if you are interested in contacting the committee for more information regarding projects etc, please contact Pat Kelly at (01) 843 7285
THINK TIDY Make a habit of thinking tidy from now on and you can take the first step towards lessening litter.
PICK UP A little effort can make a lot of difference to the appearance of your home, your school, your workplace and their surroundings. It only takes a moment to pick up a piece of litter an put it in the bin
TAKE HOME The only proper place for refuse is in the bin. But if you are out and about and no bin is available, take it home for disposal.
